I’m Matthew Keane, founder of Stillwater Wellness and a Licensed Massage Therapist, Stretching & Flexibility Coach, and Certified Nutrition Coach dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with greater ease.
My journey into wellness began at the Bancroft School of Massage in Worcester, Massachusetts, where I developed a deep understanding of therapeutic bodywork and hands-on healing. I continued expanding my expertise through advanced training at the National Academy of Sports Medicine and The Five Lights Center in Manhattan, New York City, integrating movement science, performance-based training, and holistic wellness principles into my approach.
I believe true wellness is built through balance — restoring mobility, improving strength, nourishing the body, and creating sustainable habits. Whether working with athletes, busy professionals, or individuals seeking relief from pain and tension, my goal is always the same: to provide personalized care that empowers clients to feel their best inside and out.

We are Recovery Specialists dedicated to helping athletes, hikers, professionals, and active individuals reduce pain, restore mobility, and perform at their highest level.
As Licensed Massage Therapists, Certified Personal Trainers, Certified Stretch Therapists, and Nutrition Coaches, we go beyond hands-on treatment.
